Crafting

Pre-heat the oven at 205 degrees and grease a 20-22 cm mold. With butter.

Beat the butter and brown sugar in a bowl until smooth. smooth and creamy blend. Then add the vanilla and the egg and continue beating until combined.

In another bowl, Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add this mixture to the previous one in 3 parts, alternating this with the buttermilk; Help yourself with a wooden spoon for this.
Next, add half of the chopped walnuts and stir the mixture.

Pour the mixture into the greased mold. Peel and cut the pears into slices and place them on the dough-do it in an orderly way so that they are well distributed.

Finally, sprinkle with the mixture of sugar and cinnamon and the chopped nuts remaining.

Bake until the edges of the cake are golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. To check that it is ready, insert a toothpick; if it comes out clean around the edges and with some wet crumbs in the center, it will be time to turn off the oven.

Let it harden slightly, unmold and serve warm or at room temperature.
