This recipe for chocolate with dried fruits you can put the fruits that you like, I had candied orange, cherries and some nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts. But you can put what you like the most or what you have left in the kitchen. Chocolate always looks good whatever you put on it.
A recipe that does not need an oven is done right away, we just have to let these chocolates cool for a while in the fridge and that's it. How easy are these fruit chocolates? Well encourage you to do them, you will like many, especially the little ones.
- Chocolate to melt, with milk, white or black 200 gr.
- Nuts
- Dried fruits, candied fruits, raisins, figs….
- Baking paper
- We will melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or we can put it in a bain-marie. We will put it little by little until it is well disposed of, carefully not to burn us.
- We cut into small pieces the nuts and fruits, cherries, candied oranges ...
- On a tray we put the sheet of baking paper and we form discs with a spoon of the thickness that we like and on top we put the fruits.
- We let it harden for 2 or 3 hours in the fridge.
- After this time we take them off the paper and put them in a source and they will be ready for tea or a snack.
