  • 4 eggs
  • 100 gr. sugar
  • 40 gr. Of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 200 gr. chocolate for desserts
  • 80 gr. of butter
  • a pinch of salt
  1. In a large container, beat the eggs with the sugar until they are foamy.
  2. In another bowl we sift the flour with the two tablespoons of cocoa powder and the salt, we integrate it into the previous mixture.
  3. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a saucepan over very low heat or in the microwave and add it to the previous mixture.
  4. We take some individual molds for flan or muffins and spread them with a little butter on the inside and sprinkle with flour, distribute the preparation in the molds without filling them completely, leaving more or less 1-2 cm.
  5. We will have the oven preheated to 200ºC with heat up and down, we will put them in for about 8-10 minutes, it depends on how you like it, if you want them more done, leave them for about 12 minutes. The cooking time will depend on each oven, you can try one first and thus control the time.
  6. We take them out, leave a couple of minutes, unmold directly on each plate and serve immediately. They must be served hot.
  7. We can accompany them with vanilla ice cream or sprinkle them with icing sugar.
