Chocolate truffles on plate

Ingredients:

  • 2 value chocolate bars without milk (600gr)
  • 1 tablet of butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups of coffee, Calisay or other liquor.

Preparation:

Melt the chocolate and butter.
Separate the whites and mount in the TH.
Add the egg yolks and liquor to the chocolate and butter, I usually add the one made at home with cherries and brandy, Calisay or whatever you like. It is tasted and you can add a little more liquor.
When everything is well mixed, in an enveloping way so that they do not fall, they are mixed with the whites.
It is kept in the freezer until the truffles can be formed.
They are passed through chocolate noodles and in rigid containers, so that they do not spoil, they are frozen.
They can be taken out a moment before eating them, or let them defrost completely, as you like. They are served in curled paper containers.
Frozen they last quite a long time.
