Chocolate truffles with grated coconut

If we want to share a sweet sandwich with our friends on the weekend, nothing is better than preparing these delicious truffles with chocolate and coconut in a few minutes to savor at the end of dinner and accompany them with a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Ingredients:

150 grams of chocolate
150 grams of walnuts or almonds
50 g caster sugar
30 grams of soft butter
grated coconut, amount needed

Preparation:

First grate the chocolate with a grater and then process it with the walnuts or almonds, the powdered sugar, the very soft butter and place these ingredients in a bowl. Then take them to chill in the refrigerator until they have a hard consistency.

When the mixture is cold, mold small spheres or balls with your hands and roll them over the grated coconut. Finally, arrange the truffles in small liners and arrange them on a tray, reserving them in the refrigerator until serving and tasting.
