Preparation
  1. We crush the cookies with the mixer, melt the butter for a few seconds in the microwave and mix it with the crushed cookies, we place this mixture at the base of a removable mold pressing with our fingers so that it is well compact and we put it in the fridge. We booked.
  2. We put a saucepan on the fire with the cream, the sugar, the nougat cut into pieces and half of the milk, heat everything and mix well.
  3. While it is heating, we put the rest of the milk in a glass and we will add the two envelopes of curd, we will stir it well until it is well dissolved and without lumps.
  4. When the saucepan is very hot and the chocolate dissolved, we will put the glass of milk and the curd envelopes, we will stir without stopping until it starts to boil and thickens, then we remove from the heat.
  5. We take the mold out of the fridge that we have with the biscuit base and we will add the nougat mixture little by little, we let it warm and we will put it in the fridge.
  6. When we go to serve it, we can decorate it with chocolate shavings, chopped almonds or covered in melted chocolate.
