Mug Cakes are a fantastic invention. These individual cupcakes or cupcakes They are prepared in five minutes allowing us to offer a delicious individual dessert to our guests without too much effort. For my first contact with this dessert, I chose an ingredient that never fails, chocolate.

- 1 and ¾ tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 egg L
- 1 teaspoon of liquid cream
- 2 tablespoons of pure cocoa
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- We melt the butter in the cup that we are going to use in the microwave. The quantities are measured for a 250 ml.
- We add the sugar and mix well with a fork.
- We incorporate the egg and we beat.
- Gradually add the teaspoon of cream, beating.
- We add the flour and cocoa, alternating them, until incorporating all of both ingredients.
- Lastly, we add the yeast and vanilla. We beat everything again and we put it in the micro wave.
- We place the cup in one of the platform ends that rotates, not in the center.
- Let's cook for a minute at force 3 (800 kW) or until the cake rises.
- Next, we open the micro wave we turn the cup 180º, we lower the heat a little and cook 30 seconds more.
- We take out and let it temper a little.
I just did this to lift the spirits in the production company ... and wow ... what a rush. Delicious!!!!!!
