Chocolate muffins

Today some muffins with chocolate. We started September and with it the return to school, we started with breakfasts and snacks, so you are Homemade cupcakes They are ideal, surely you will like them, they are very tender and with the chocolate, there is no one to resist.

For the chocolate you can use the one you like, I put hazelnut cream that they already sell prepared, but the chocolate to melt is also worth it, you just have to melt it for a minute in the microwave or in a bain-marie and it will be ready to use. These muffins are a delight !!!

Ingredients
  • 375 gr. Of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 gr. sugar
  • 250 ml. milk
  • 250 ml. sunflower oil
  • Lemon zest
  • A yeast's packet
  • 300 gr. of cocoa cream (Nutella) or Any melting chocolate

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to turn the oven to 180ºC.
  2. In a bowl we will put the eggs and the sugar we will beat until well mixed.
  3. Then we will add the milk, the oil and the lemon zest, we will mix it until everything is well integrated.
  4. Once everything mixed we will put the flour with the yeast and mix.
  5. We will prepare some muffin molds.
  6. We will fill the capsules in half with this mass. We will leave a little of the dough, less than half apart. To this mass we will put the chocolate, we stir it a little, it is not necessary to mix it well.
  7. We finish filling the molds with this chocolate mass.
  8. We will introduce it to the oven, we will lower it a little to 160º and we will have it 15-20 minutes depending on the oven.
  9. When we see that the dry stick comes out when we prick it, it will be ready.
  10. They rise a lot and are very juicy.
