Ingredients
  • 250 gr. chocolate dessert
  • 200 gr. whipping cream or heavy cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr. of cookies
  • 40 gr. of butter
  • 125 gr. icing sugar
  • To garnish: almonds. wafers ...

Preparation
  1. To prepare the chocolate mousse, we will first put a bowl in a bain-marie, add the chocolate with 2-3 tablespoons of cream. We will be stirring until all waste is left.
  2. On the other hand we take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. We mount the whites to the point of snow and we mount the cream.
  3. In a bowl we put the icing sugar and the egg yolks, we mix it. Add the whites mounted to the point of snow.
  4. We take the bowl with the melted chocolate and add the whipped cream and the previous mixture of the eggs.
  5. We will put all the mixture in a sleeve, or with a spoon we will fill the glasses. We chop the cookies with a mincer or with a rolling pin. We mix the cookies with the melted butter.
  6. We take some glasses, in the bottom we put a biscuit base. You can leave about 5-10 minutes in the fridge so that the butter with the cookie stays cold.
  7. We fill the glasses with the chocolate mousse.
  8. Garnish the mousse with almonds, wafers…. We keep the mousse in the fridge until serving time.
