Ingredients
- 250 gr. chocolate dessert
- 200 gr. whipping cream or heavy cream
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr. of cookies
- 40 gr. of butter
- 125 gr. icing sugar
- To garnish: almonds. wafers ...
Preparation
- To prepare the chocolate mousse, we will first put a bowl in a bain-marie, add the chocolate with 2-3 tablespoons of cream. We will be stirring until all waste is left.
- On the other hand we take the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. We mount the whites to the point of snow and we mount the cream.
- In a bowl we put the icing sugar and the egg yolks, we mix it. Add the whites mounted to the point of snow.
- We take the bowl with the melted chocolate and add the whipped cream and the previous mixture of the eggs.
- We will put all the mixture in a sleeve, or with a spoon we will fill the glasses. We chop the cookies with a mincer or with a rolling pin. We mix the cookies with the melted butter.
- We take some glasses, in the bottom we put a biscuit base. You can leave about 5-10 minutes in the fridge so that the butter with the cookie stays cold.
- We fill the glasses with the chocolate mousse.
- Garnish the mousse with almonds, wafers…. We keep the mousse in the fridge until serving time.
