Ingredients
  • 250 ml. milk
  • 25 g. cocoa
  • 35 g. of sugar
  • 3 sheets of neutral gelatin

Preparation
  1. In a bowl with cold water we hydrate the leaves of gelatin for 10 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan we put the milk, cocoa and sugar. We heat and stir so that everything is dissolved.
  3. When milk bring to a boil remove from heat and add the drained gelatin. We stir until it is integrated.
  4. We distribute the mixture in two glasses.
  5. We let them temper and then we take them to the fridge for two hours.
  6. Before serving, we place some cookie chips on top.
