Ingredients
- 1 rectangular puff pastry sheet
- Nutella
- 1 egg
- Sugar glass
Preparation
- Spread the rectangular puff pastry, leave the paper underneath, we mark it in three equal parts.
- In the center we will put the Nutella cocoa cream.
- Now we will make some cuts on both sides, they will be strips of 1,5 cm wide diagonally.
- When we have the two parts with the strips we will form the braid.
- We will cross the puff pastry strips over the Nutella part, we will form a braid interposing the dough, one strip on each side.
- Until we reach the end, which we will close with the part that remains at each end.
- When it is, we will beat the egg and paint the dough, add a little sugar on top. You can also add a few sliced almonds before putting it in the oven.
- We will put it on a tray and put it in the oven until it is golden brown.
- Once it is ready, we take it out of the oven and let it cool.
- Sprinkle the braid with a little icing sugar.
