If it weren't for the limited space in my kitchen, I would never have enough kitchen "toys." One of the last ones I have tried has been a donut, nothing expensive by the way, and I cannot be more satisfied with the result. Who resists some chocolate donuts?
Everything that has chocolate in it, in general, is attractive to me. I love the donetes and although these are not as perfect as the ones in my bakery, they are delicious; not to mention the satisfaction of making them yourself. A sweet temptation how are the glazed donuts from my partner Ale.
- 260 gr. pastry flour
- 150 gr. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 gr. cream (35% mg)
- 50 ml. milk
- 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
- A few drops of vanilla essence
- 1 sachet of chemical yeast
- 70% dark chocolate to melt
In a bowl, beat the sugar with the eggs until they turn white.
Next we add the cream, milk, oil and vanilla essence and we beat until integrating well all ingredients, 2-3 minutes on speed 3
We incorporate the flour and the yeast mixing with a spatula to finish.
We grease the gaps of the donut with oil and fill them almost to the edge with the dough, either with the help of a pastry bag or a few spoons.
It will take 5-6 minutes for our donations to be ready. We take them out and let them cool.
While we prepare our chocolate cover, melting a good dark chocolate (70% cocoa) in a bain-marie.
We bathe the donetes in the chocolate, draining the excess of it and letting them rest to harden.
You can bathe them with other types of chocolate, the one you like the most. I chose dark chocolate for its intense flavor.
