Cake-pops with chocolate

Cake-pops with chocolate  some fun sweets ideal for birthday parties, the children will go crazy. It is a very simple recipe, the filling is made with biscuits coated in white chocolate and dark chocolate. A delicious combination, they liked little ones and not so little ones.

Ingredients
  • 300 gr. Marías cookies
  • 60 gr. cream cheese
  • 30 gr. of butter
  • 60 gr. icing sugar
  • 200 gr. White chocolate
  • Cocoa or chocolate cream
  • Colored balls to decorate

Preparation
  1. To make these cakes-pops with chocolate, we will start by crushing the cookies with a mincer or crushing them in a mortar. We booked.
  2. In a bowl we will put the cream cheese, the butter and the sifted icing sugar, all at room temperature.
  3. We will mix everything with some rods until it is well integrated.
  4. To this mixture we will add the ground cookies little by little, it must be a slightly moist mixture and that the balls can be made without opening, sometimes more or less cookies are needed, you will see it as you mix it.
  5. Once everything is mixed, we will start making the balls of a regular size.
  6. When we have them all we put them in the fridge. We booked.
  7. We prepare the white and dark chocolate toppings. We put the white chocolate in a bowl and the dark chocolate in another.
  8. First we will put one in the microwave in 30-40 second intervals until the chocolate is melted and then the other.
  9. We remove the balls with some long sticks, and we will bathe the balls in the chocolates, drain well on a rack or pricked somewhere where they can cool and harden the chocolate, we decorate them before the chocolate hardens and put them in the fridge.
