- 200 gr. White chocolate
- Cocoa or chocolate cream
- Colored balls to decorate
Preparation
- To make these cakes-pops with chocolate, we will start by crushing the cookies with a mincer or crushing them in a mortar. We booked.
- In a bowl we will put the cream cheese, the butter and the sifted icing sugar, all at room temperature.
- We will mix everything with some rods until it is well integrated.
- To this mixture we will add the ground cookies little by little, it must be a slightly moist mixture and that the balls can be made without opening, sometimes more or less cookies are needed, you will see it as you mix it.
- Once everything is mixed, we will start making the balls of a regular size.
- When we have them all we put them in the fridge. We booked.
- We prepare the white and dark chocolate toppings. We put the white chocolate in a bowl and the dark chocolate in another.
- First we will put one in the microwave in 30-40 second intervals until the chocolate is melted and then the other.
- We remove the balls with some long sticks, and we will bathe the balls in the chocolates, drain well on a rack or pricked somewhere where they can cool and harden the chocolate, we decorate them before the chocolate hardens and put them in the fridge.
- When the chocolate coating has cooled they will be ready. They can be put on top of a cake, in a jug ...
- To enjoy!!
