This cake is ideal for celebrations and festivities. You can make the filling to your liking, but the combination of the strawberry jam with the chocolate covering and the angel hair is delicious.

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 lemon yogurts
  • Zest of 3 lemons
  • 4 glasses of sugar (the glasses of yogurt will be taken as a measure)
  • 6 glasses of flour (glasses of yogurt)
  • 2 packages of Royal yeast
  • 2 glasses of olive oil (glasses of yogurt)
For the filling
  • 1 jar of 250 gr of strawberry jam
  • 1 jar of 250 gr of angel hair
For coverage
  • 1 tablet of Nestlé dark chocolate for pastry

Preparation
  1. In a bowl we put the Egg whites 6 (we put the yolks aside on a plate to beat them separately), we are beating them; later we throw the 2 lemon yogurts, lemon zest and 4 glasses of sugar. We beat everything very well.
  2. Next we take the beaten egg yolks, flour and yeast. We beat again.
  3. And the last thing we will take will be the olive oil. Let's beat again! (be careful not to let your hand get tired).
  4. When everything is well beaten, we pour it into a baking dish and put it in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at 180 ºC.
  5. We will check that the cake is ready by pricking it with a fork. When it comes out clean, it is ready to serve.
  6. Let it cool, and when it is totally cold, with a handsaw knife, we will cut our cake lengthwise in 3 equal pieces, to make two fillings: one with the strawberry jam, and the other with the angel hair.
  7. Once we have it stuffed and well placed, we put the fire chocolate bar to melt. When the chocolate has melted, we apply the chocolate coating to our sponge cake ... Let it cool again and it will be ready to sink your teeth into it.
