Chocolinas cake (chocotorta)

Today I bring you a recipe for nothing dietary, but delicious. The chocolate cake, or better known as chocotorta, is an ideal dessert to delight the family after dinner or to entertain our visits.

The advantage of chocolina cake is that it is prepared very easily and has very few ingredients, so you can prepare it in a few minutes and even with the help of your children.


3 packages of large "Chocolinas"
1 large cream pot (mendicream)
1 large pot of dulce de leche

First, you put the large cream and the pot of dulce de leche in the refrigerator for no less than two hours.

Take a container and put the pot of dulce de leche. Now, to that container you add the large cream cheese and mix everything until it forms a light paste. You can choose whether to put more sweet than cream or vice versa, according to your taste.

Let the preparation rest and take a tray to later incorporate the chocolines distributed forming a mattress. Add the mixture and spread, replace the chocolinas, covering them with the mixture and so on until more or less 6 floors are completed.

Lastly, put a thick layer of the mixture and decorate as you like. Leave in the refrigerator for two and a half or three hours and voila, to taste.
