Chocolate cake and profiteroles

Ingredients
  • 1 package of cookies of 200 gr.
  • 100 gr. of butter
  • 750 ml. whipping cream (milk cream)
  • 750 ml. milk
  • 3 sachets of curd
  • 400 gr. chocolate for desserts
  • 1 bag of frozen profiteroles
  • Balls to decorate the cake

Preparation
  1. To prepare the chocolate and profiterole cake, we will start by crushing the cookies, on the other hand we put the butter to melt in the microwave for a few seconds, we will mix it with the cookies. We line a mold with paper and put the mixture of cookies in the base of the mold, we will press well with the help of a spoon. We put in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  2. We prepare the cream. We put a saucepan over medium heat with the cream, half the milk and the chocolate. We will be stirring.
  3. On the other hand we will put the rest of the milk in a bowl and dilute the curd envelopes, we have to stir well until no lumps remain.
  4. When the milk and chocolate are discarded and are hot, we will gradually add the dissolved milk with the curd envelopes.
  5. We stir everything and leave until it is hot and the cream thickens. Do not let it boil. We remove from the fire when it is.
  6. We take the mold out of the fridge, we put the profiteroles on the base.
  7. We cover with the chocolate cream that we have prepared, we will be careful to cover everything.
  8. We put the cake in the fridge for a minimum of 4-6 hours or overnight. When we go to take out, we unmold the chocolate cake.
  9. We decorate to our liking.
  10. And ready to serve !!!
