Ingredients
  • 2 apples
  • 200 gr. Of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr. icing sugar
  • 120 gr. butter or margarine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 sachet of backing powder
  • 60 gr. chocolate chips

Preparation
  1. To make the apple and chocolate plun cake, first we will prepare all the ingredients, heavy and at room temperature.
  2. We turn on the oven at 180ºC. We prepare an elongated mold for plum-cake, grease it with a little butter and sprinkle with flour. We booked.
  3. We start to prepare the dough, put a bowl with the eggs and sugar, beat until well beaten. We will sift the icing sugar.
  4. In another bowl we mix the flour and yeast, sift it and mix with the previous mixture.
  5. Once it is mixed, we add the melted butter.
  6. We peel the apples, we core and we grate them. We incorporate it into the dough.
  7. We mix it well, put half of the seeds and mix again.
  8. We pass this dough to the mold that we have greased.
  9. We put the rest of the seeds and put it in the oven.
  10. We put it in the oven for about 45 minutes, we will not open the oven until about 20 minutes have passed. To know if it is ready, we will prick with a toothpick until it comes out dry. When we see that it is, we take it out and let it cool.
  11. Freshly made it is very good but after one day it is much better.
