Chocolate and cherry bonbons

The chocolates are one of the pleasures that women love the most, and if they are stuffed much better. Well, today we present you these homemade chocolates stuffed with cherries so that you can have a delicious detail with your partner.

All the cherries or picotas is the seasonal fruit, so you have to take advantage of them to make a wide variety of dishes. I have another in mind to do which I will show you when the time comes. For now, I hope you enjoy these chocolates, which you can do in the company of the smallest of the house.

Ingredients

  • 250g of chocolate to melt.
  • 50 g of white chocolate.
  • Cherries
  • Water.

Preparation

Firstly, we will melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. To do this, we will cook water in a saucepan and we will place a bowl on top with the chopped chocolate.

When it is fully melted, we will pass this chocolate to a container with a spout. It can be a kitchen bottle or a pastry bag.

To make these chocolates we will use the ice cube maker, ideally with fun shapes. Fill each cube in half with the chocolate and put it in the freezer for about 8 minutes. While we go stripping the cherries.

Afterwards, we take the cubes out of the freezer and check with the same finger that they are hard. We will put a cherry or half inside it and we will cover again with the melted chocolate. We will give a few strokes so that it settles well and we will return to the freezer for about 10 minutes.

To finish, we will remove the chocolates from the freezer and unmold them with small blows, nothing happens if someone removes the top layer of chocolate. To decorate, we will melt a little chocolate blanco and we will throw it over as a thread.
