The shakes They are common at home for breakfast. I have had to abandon my bowl of milk and that has led me to look for other alternatives, turning the shakes into a great ally. I love fruit smoothies, green smoothies and of course the chocolate ones; although these last the volumes sporadically.
I love dark chocolate and any recipe that includes it among its ingredients, it deserves just to take it a chance. This shake seemed perfect for the snack for the little ones of the house and why not, to give ourselves a cold treat some afternoon. Do you dare to try it?
- 250 ml. almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons of 100% cocoa
- 1 handful of almonds
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence
- Chopped black chocolate and almonds to decorate
- We place all the ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth.
- We serve in a glass and decorate with some chopped almonds, a little chopped chocolate and one ounce in each glass.
