Ingredients
  • 1 egg L
  • 55 g. oatmeal
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 125 ml. almond drink
  • ½ large mashed banana
  • 1 handful of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon almond and cocoa cream

Preparation
  1. We beat the egg in a bowl and once done we incorporate the oatmeal, the chemical yeast, the cinnamon, the vegetable drink and mix until integrated.
  2. Now, add the plantain and chips chocolate and mix again.
  3. So, either we leave the dough in the same bowl, or the we divide in two cups taking into account that the dough is not two-thirds in height of the container.
  4. We take to the microwave and we cook at 800W. If you have divided the dough into two cups, it will be enough for you to cook each one separately for 160 seconds. If you have left all the dough in a bowl you will have to give it a little more time. The first time will be trial and error.
  5. Once the cake is curdled but tender, sprinkle with almond cream and cocoa and enjoyed lukewarm.
