Don't know what to have for breakfast tomorrow? If you don't know what to have for breakfast but you want it to be something special, out of the ordinary at home, prepare this oatmeal cup cake, almond and chocolate whose recipe I share today. It is a very simple cake to prepare and delicious!
A bowl and some rods to mix its 6 ingredients, you will not need more to prepare this cake that you can prepare in so just 3 minutes in the microwave. Isn't it great not having to turn on any other appliances? It's a very convenient choice for breakfast that will require very little time and effort on your part.
Do you dare to try it? I am sure that the list and ingredients will end up convincing you if not. Almond drink, banana, dark chocolate chips, almond and cocoa cream… and no added sugar! I didn't need to add it. Now if you like very sweet things you will probably miss a teaspoon of sugar.
The recipe
- 1 egg L
- 55 g. oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 125 ml. almond drink
- ½ large mashed banana
- 1 handful of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon almond and cocoa cream
- We beat the egg in a bowl and once done we incorporate the oatmeal, the chemical yeast, the cinnamon, the vegetable drink and mix until integrated.
- Now, add the plantain and chips chocolate and mix again.
- So, either we leave the dough in the same bowl, or the we divide in two cups taking into account that the dough is not two-thirds in height of the container.
- We take to the microwave and we cook at 800W. If you have divided the dough into two cups, it will be enough for you to cook each one separately for 160 seconds. If you have left all the dough in a bowl you will have to give it a little more time. The first time will be trial and error.
- Once the cake is curdled but tender, sprinkle with almond cream and cocoa and enjoyed lukewarm.
