Sometimes children get tired of always eating the same desserts after lunch or dinner, that is, yogurt or fruit. For this reason, today we present you to make a dessert that you will surely love for those days when you have behaved wonderfully or for the weekends.

With this chocolate jelly you we reward their work a little and school and home jobs, so that they are rewarded for their effort. And what else than a good chocolate dessert like this one gelatin, it is sure to become your favorite.

Ingredients

  • Half a liter of milk.
  • 100 g of cocoa powder.
  • 10 g of neutral gelatin.
  • 200 ml of water
  • 70 g of white sugar.

Preparation

Firstly, we will mix the water with the gelatin neutral in a bowl or glass. We will leave part without touching it so that it dissolves.

Then we will put the milk in a saucepan and we add both the white sugar and the cocoa powder. We will stir a little and put it on the fire.

Then, over medium heat we will stir well so that the milk does not stick to the bottom and so everything mixes well. When it starts to boil, remove it from the heat.

Finally, we will incorporate the mixture of the water with the gelatin to the milk and we will stir a little more. We will distribute it on the individual flaneras and let it temper at room temperature, and then put it in the fridge until they set.
