Ingredients:
12 chicken wings
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons sherry
1 garlic clove
1/2 tablespoon ground ginger
1 cup soy sauce
salt and olive oil
Preparation:
Finely chop the garlic and fry in a well-oiled wok.
When golden add the ginger, soy sauce and stir. Add the sherry, honey and chicken wings.
Season with salt and cook, turning over low heat, for about 25 minutes.
Serve the chicken wings on a plate, cover with the sauce and serve very hot, with white rice.
