Ingredients:
1 Kilo of Choritos
½ Cup of Onions
¼ Red Paprika
2 cups of rice
3 oil tablespoons
1 clove garlic
¼ Green Paprika
1 Carrot
½ Lemon
1 tablespoon of parsley
Pepper, Cumin, Salt
Preparation:
Sauté the onion in oil, adding the green pepper, the red pepper cut into strips and a peeled and thinly sliced carrot. Season with pepper and cumin. When it is half fried, add the rice and brown it. Add 4 cups of boiling water, lemon juice, parsley, and salt. Finally add the mussels with their shells and cook covering over low heat for approximately 30 minutes.
