  • 250 g of chickpeas.
  • 100 g of grated cheese.
  • 1 egg.
  • 5th g of bread crumbs.
  • 1/2 onion.
  • Ground black pepper
  • Parsley.
  • Salt
  • Milk.
  • Olive oil.

Preparation

First of all, tell you that the mass of these hamburgers can be do in advance, or also, make the hamburgers and freeze them. So if you make a lot and you are not going to use it, you can freeze them and take them out for another time.

First, we will cook in the pressure cooker or in a casserole with water lentils and chickpeas separately. Once tender, we will pass it through a puree raisin and reserve for later.

We will chop the very fine onion and we will fry it in a pan until it is well poached. At the same time, we will introduce the breadcrumb in a little milk.

When we have all of the above, we will do the hamburger dough. To do this, we will combine the chickpea and lentil puree, we will add the breadcrumbs with the milk, the whole egg, the refried onion and all the spices. We will knead everything very well with our hands and, finally, we will add the grated cheese.

We will leave this dough rest at least an hour for all the ingredients to mix. That is why I told you to have it done beforehand.

Heat a frying pan with olive oil, and take little portions of the dough and give them a typical hamburger shape, pass them through a little flour and add them to the pan. Cook them until they are somewhat golden.
