Chicken is a not very fat meat, depending on the area, but quite healthy, especially if it is eaten grilled or baked, but the other day after a few (excessive) days of rain and bad weather in the middle of July I decided to go for mushrooms, to see what I could find and in the end I returned home with a handful of this delicious delicacy and decided to buy a good wine to accompany it. I tell you that, after the discovery, the desire to prepare a delicious chicken with prawns and mushrooms came out.
So today we will get a delicacy that I love and even more so being the first of the season with natural mushrooms. A rich chicken with prawns and mushrooms.
As always, we buy what is necessary and we get to it.

- 8 chicken thighs
- 16 prawns

How do you see the ingredients they are easy to achieve and the result is very positive.
We start preparing the chicken in a casserole with a little oil and brown it, while on the other hand we prepare the prawns and mushrooms to make them.
When we have the golden chicken, remove it and degrease the game a little. Add the prawns, let them cook a little and add the mushrooms. A little wine or champagne and the alcohol evaporates.
We add again the chicken and add a little garlic, water to cover it and let it do a "chup chup".
Once we have it to taste, we can now assemble the plate. I particularly love this recipe.
