Preparation
- To prepare the chicken breasts with mushrooms and cream, we will first start by cleaning the breasts and cutting them into pieces or strips.
- Put a pan with a splash of oil, brown the chicken strips and reserve them. Peel and chop the onion, put it in the pan, let it poach.
- Once the onion is poached, add the sliced mushrooms, leave everything until it is golden brown.
- Once we have the mushrooms and onion, add the fried tomato, stir. Add the white wine, let the alcohol evaporate.
- Add the cream, stir everything together, add the chicken strips, let everything cook together for about 10 minutes.
- If it gets too thick, add a little milk to make the sauce lighter.
