Baked curry chicken wings

Baked curry chicken wings, another way to eat wings, for me the best thing about chicken. How good are the wings, they are very crunchy and delicious. I'm sure you like them too !!!
We can prepare them in many ways, in sauces, fried, marinated giving them the flavor that we like in many ways and to make them lighter they can be prepared in the oven.
Curry is a mixture of spices with a lot of flavor, it is ideal for dressing meats such as chicken.
This recipe is easy to prepare, it has few ingredients and simple, the curry sauce is prepared with yogurt and curry spice. Ideal for a lunch or dinner for the whole family.

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo of wings
  • 1-2 creamy or Greek yogurt
  • 2 dessert spoons curry
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Chopped chives or parsley

Preparation
  1. To prepare the chicken wings with curry in the oven, we will start by cleaning the wings, and separate the drumsticks from the wings. We put a little salt and pepper. We prepare the sauce, in a bowl we put the yogurt, a teaspoon of chives or parsley, we add the teaspoons of curry, the minced garlic. We mix everything well.
  2. Add the chicken wings to the bowl with the prepared sauce, spread and mix the wings well. We pass them to a baking dish. We let them rest for a while, a minimum of 30 minutes.
  3. We put the oven at 200ºC, we put the source with the baked wings. We will turn them over so that they brown well all over. We will leave them until they are golden. About 40-50 minutes.
  4. When they are we take out and ready to eat !!!
