Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken
  • 75 grams of raw almonds
  • 1 can of beer
  • 1 pear tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 6 garlic
  • ½ onion
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. In the mincer Add a peeled pear tomato, 1 chunky pepper, 6 garlic, half an onion and a little salt. We also add the raw almonds (the quantity is approximate). We chop everything very well with the mincer without reaching the almonds being in flour texture, but leaving it in small pieces.
  2. Next, we put this chopped mixture in the pot, with a little olive oil previously heated. We do the stir-fry well, and then add the chicken, clean and chopped. When the chicken is golden brown, we add the beer and we let it boil so that the alcohol evaporates completely and then we lower the heat to half.
  3. We let it run for a few 35-40 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Meanwhile, we are making some fried potatoes to accompany the chicken.
  5. At the time of setting aside, on one side we will put the chicken and on the other the sauce, so that each one can separate to their liking.
  6. Bon profit!
