Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2-3 potatoes
- 2 onions
- 200 ml. white wine
- thyme, rosemary
- Olive oil

Preparation
- To prepare the chicken thighs with baked potatoes, first peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices about 1 cm.
- We turn on the oven at 200 ºC with heat up and down.
- Peel and cut the onion into slices.
- Take a tray suitable for the oven, put the potatoes and onions as a base, season with salt and pepper and add a little olive oil.
- On the potatoes and onions we put the chicken thighs, clean. Season with salt and pepper, add a little thyme or rosemary to taste.
- Pour olive oil, the glass of white wine and a little water over the chicken.
- We put the source with the chicken in the oven, let it cook for about 20 minutes, it must be a little golden.
- Remove the tray from the oven, turn the chicken over and return it to the oven, leaving it until the chicken and potatoes are ready. The chicken has to be golden, we will have it about 30 minutes more.
- We can turn the chicken again if necessary. If it gets too dry, you can add a little more water or a little white wine.
- And it will be ready.
