Orange chicken, another way to cook chicken in 15 minutes

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts.
- 1 head of garlic.
- 1 glass of orange juice.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Nutmeg.
- Chopped parsley for garnish.
Preparation
First of all, to make these delicious orange chicken fillets, we will have to cut the breast into fillets of chicken. We will salt and pepper these and reserve it from the start.
On the other hand, in a frying pan we will put a good jet of olive oil, we will peel the garlic and brown them over medium heat. When they are golden brown, we will remove them and place them in a mortar, to which we will add salt and a little nutmeg. Later, we will add the orange juice until we get a nice.
Finally, we will hit the grill the steaks in the same oil as the garlic. Withdraw when they are done, get rid of the excess oil, and pour the majao. Reduce to high heat for 1 minute.
For plating, place the fillets on the base of the plate and drizzle with the orange sauce. To finish, sprinkle a little parsley to decorate.
