Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 20 cl of cream for cooking
- A teaspoon of cornstarch

Crafting
The first thing we will do is cut the chicken breasts so that they are like small round fillets, in my case slightly thick, but you can cut them finer if you prefer. In a frying pan we will heat the oil and add the chicken medallions previously seasoned.
When they are done to our liking we will remove them from the heat and reserve. In the same pan we add the cream, when it is hot we add the cornstarch without stopping stirring and we will continue cooking until the sauce has the consistency we want. We serve the medallions with a little sauce on top and that's it.
