Preparation
  1. To prepare the chicken finges in thin strips, we first clean the chicken breasts of bones, skin and fat. We cut thin strips of chicken.
  2. In a bowl, put the paprika, oregano, salt and pepper, mix, add a splash of olive oil, mix it and add the chicken strips, mix them well with the marinade and let it rest for an hour, we will mix it gradually. from time to time so that the chicken takes the flavors well.
  3. You can add more spices or whatever you like.
  4. We put it in the fridge.
  5. Heat a frying pan with plenty of oil. In a plate we beat the two eggs and in another we will put the grated bread.
  6. We take out the chicken and, spread with the marinade, we pass it through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs, we will add it to the hot oil, brown the strips on both sides.
  7. We are taking them out of the pan as they are golden and we are putting them on a plate where we will have a sheet of kitchen paper to absorb the oil.
  8. Once we have all the strips ready, we serve them in a fountain accompanied by mayonnaise or some sauce.
