Lemon chicken fillets au gratin

Chicken fillets are the food par excellence in the slimming diets. However, always eating these cooked in the same way is very unappetizing when we have been on the diet for a long time and, in the end, we end up hating them.

So, today we present you a very healthy recipe for this summer but with a different flavor and touch that will make them very appetizing. In addition, in this way, children will find it much more striking and will eat it in one bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts.
  • 2 garlic cloves.
  • 2 small lemons.
  • Olive oil.
  • Chopped parsley.
  • Salt

Preparation

First of all, we will clean the breasts of fat and other we will cut steaks of a fine or medium thickness so that they do not take long to make.

Afterwards, we will laminate the two garlic cloves and add them to a deep dish. In it we will put the chicken fillets and add the juice of the two lemons. We let macerate half an hour.

After this time, we will go through an iron each fillet until more or less golden brown. We will put these on a baking sheet.

Finally, we will add the grated cheese and we will take it to gratin for a few minutes with the oven preheated to 180ºC. We will serve with a little seasoned lettuce.
