A food with spices always gives more feeling of have eaten more fully, because of the taste it is easier to notice that the stomach is fuller. That is why today we are going to prepare a rich recipe, in which we will mix meat and vegetables with a special touch.
We are going to elaborate chicken with curry vegetables. Easy and fast, as well as healthy. Since we will limit the oil level and use the breast that has less fat in relation to other parts of the chicken.
As always we are going to buy what we need and we organize the time to get to it.

Preparation time: 30 - 40 minutes
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 2 boneless breasts
- 2 green peppers
- 1 zucchini
- mushrooms
- curry
- shawl
- Crushed tomato
As always an image to locate the basic ingredients and we get to it, we are going to prepare a rich and healthy recipe. We started dicing the breast, irregular but more or less the same size so that its cooking is regular.
Now we we put with the vegetables and mushrooms, to cut them to taste, as we like the most. In my case the sliced mushrooms, the sliced pepper and the diced zucchini.
While we cut the vegetables we will put the chicken in a casserole so that it is done and once ready we will add the cut vegetables.
We let everything is done together and we add a little crushed tomato, mix well and once ready we add the curry. We mix again so that the flavors permeate.
It is time to add water to the casserole to make the meat better and poach everything together a bit, in addition to making the curry better impregnate the ingredients.
When the juice has reduced a little we already have it ready to serve.
