Chicken casserole with green rice

This recipe is very rich and tempting, it is made in just 45 minutes and you will have an ideal casserole for you to be the most applauded cook.

Ingredients

750 grams of chicken breasts
Half a glass of white wine
3 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
4 green onions
5 sprigs of chives
2 lemons
4 tablespoons olive oil
5 servings of cooked white rice
Salt and pepper taste

Procedure

Cut the chicken into pieces without skin or bone, chop the ajó, onion and scallion, then squeeze the lemons, in a saucepan with hot oil, sauté the onion and green onion, for 3 minutes, add the chives, the lemon and season.
Add the wine and chicken, when the wine evaporates add a glass of chicken broth and cook for 15 minutes. Once this time is over, put the rice and cook for 5 more minutes.
