These chicken breasts with mushrooms can be accompanied by other ingredients, This time I have put the mushrooms since they give a lot of flavor to the sauce and it goes very well with the chicken, but you can change it for some potatoes, vegetables or just a loaf of bread to dip the sauce.
- 4 chicken breasts or chicken fillets
- 250 gr. of mushrooms
- 100 ml. white wine
- 200 ml. cream for cooking
- A spurt of oil
- Pepper and salt
- To prepare the plate of chicken breasts with mushrooms, first we will clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
- Sauté the mushrooms in a pan with a little oil. We take out and reserve.
- We take the breasts, clean and add a little salt and pepper. In the same pan where we have sautéed the mushrooms, add a little more oil and add the breasts.
- When the breasts are golden, add the mushrooms, stir, add the white wine, let it reduce for a couple of minutes.
- Then we add the cream to cook.
- We let it cook for 10 minutes, we taste the salt, we rectify and that's it.
