It has everything: it is a healthy recipe, because even if the cream has a lot of animal fat, you choose the amount of sauce you want to add to your plate, it leaves the meat juicy and not dry at all, very few ingredients are needed and they are made in a jiffy .

Ingredients
  • 1 kg chicken breasts
  • 500 ml of liquid cream
  • 1½ onion
  • Sal Island
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley

Preparation
  1. In a large pot with a little olive oil we put fry the onion and a half that we will have previously washed, removed the leaves, and cut into very thin slices. When it is fried we will add the chicken breasts that will go with a touch of salt and black pepper.
  2. We will pass them a little through the fire so that they brown on the outside but without getting too much inside.
  3. The next thing will be to lower the flame and add the cream. We will leave over medium heat, so that the meat finishes being made and the cream thickens a little. We taste the salt sauce and if it is somewhat bland, we add a pinch more salt.
  4. When we see what the cream sauce has thickened and the meat is done, remove from fire and place. We put some parsley leaves to decorate or we can add it chopped on top.

Notes
You can substitute the parsley for the oregano.
