Ingredients:
4 anchovy fillets
black olives
1 tablespoon flour
1 glass of sherry
1 cup of chicken broth or a bouillon cube
Pepper
2 garlic
3 chicken breasts
1 chive
Preparation:
Brown the filleted breasts and set them aside. In a saucepan, sauté the chives and garlic, add the flour and brown it. Add the pepper, wine, anchovies, a little salt and the broth. Let it cook for a few minutes, pass the sauce and place the breasts in the saucepan for a few minutes. Garnish with olives.
