  • 2 small/medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 sheets of puff pastry

  1. We peel the sweet potato and we cut it into dice to cook them in a pot with plenty of water and salt until they are tender but do not fall apart. Once done, we take them out, drain and reserve.
  2. Now, peel and chop the carrots and the leeks and sauté them in a frying pan with a little oil until they are tender.
  3. While we cook the chicken breast, and then crumble the meat.
  4. Once it is crumbled we add it to the pan with the leek and carrot, season with salt and pepper and let cool.
  5. Is it cold already? We mix it with the sweet potato and the beaten eggs, reserving a little of the beaten egg to brush the puff pastry later.
  6. We preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
  7. Now we spread a sheet of puff pastry on the oven tray, keeping the paper.
