Today we are going to prepare some chicken and pineapple skewers. Some skewers full of flavor. A simple dish to prepare with many hints of flavors such as soy, curry and pineapple.
A homemade recipe for chicken and pineapple skewers, where the pineapple I have used canned natural but you can use fresh pineapple. An ideal dish to grill or barbecue.

- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 can of natural pineapple
- 5 tablespoons soy
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
- Olive oil
- 1 lettuce to accompany
- 1 package of toothpicks for the skewers.
Preparation
- We start by cleaning the chicken breasts, we cut them into squares.
- In a bowl we will put the soybeans, the curry, the pepper and a good jet of olive oil, we add the chicken pieces cut into pieces to the bowl, we stir everything together so that the pieces are well impregnated.
- We let it rest for an hour in the fridge or until it is time to cook it.
- While we wash the lettuce, we cut into pieces. We booked.
- We cut the pineapple into pieces.
- We take the chicken out of the fridge and prepare the skewers.
- We will insert pieces of chicken and pineapple, sautéing them.
- We prepare all the skewers.
- We put a few tablespoons of sesame seeds on a plate and we pass the skewers through them.
- We take a griddle or frying pan, we put it on the fire with a little oil when it is hot we put the skewers.
- We will brown them on all sides.
- They will be ready when they are golden brown.
- We take out and serve accompanied by a lettuce salad.
