Ingredients
  • Prepared puff pastry dough
  • 1 chicken breast (or 2-3 boneless thighs)
  • 2 leeks
  • half a glass of evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 knob of butter

Preparation
  1. We wash and cut the leeks very fine.
  2. We poach the leek with a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Add the chopped breast and cook until tender.
  4. Meanwhile, on a baking tray with baking paper, we manipulate the puff pastry until we make a kind of deep basket.
  5. In a bowl, beat the eggs, evaporated milk and add the salt, a touch of ground pepper and a touch of nutmeg.
  6. We pour the cooked chicken over the puff pastry. .
  7. We add the mixture of eggs and cream.
  8. Sprinkle grated cheese and bake at 200ºC (20 minutes), until lightly golden brown.
