- Prepared puff pastry dough
- 1 chicken breast (or 2-3 boneless thighs)
- 2 leeks
- half a glass of evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 knob of butter

- Add the chopped breast and cook until tender.
- Meanwhile, on a baking tray with baking paper, we manipulate the puff pastry until we make a kind of deep basket.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs, evaporated milk and add the salt, a touch of ground pepper and a touch of nutmeg.
- We pour the cooked chicken over the puff pastry. .
