Omelet with cheese, tomato, onion and pepper

A very rich recipe for adults and children, ideal for a meal, it can be accompanied by all kinds of meats or salads:

Ingredients:

8 large eggs
1 chopped onion
1 tomato, diced
1 bell pepper cut into strips
1 Jet of corn oil
1 cup of grated fontina cheese.
1/2 cup of water
1/2 tsp. of salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation:

Put a jet of oil in a pan and let it heat up, mix the eggs, onion, tomato, pepper, cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl. Put everything in the pan and cook on both sides. Serve with a rich mashed potatoes.
