We continue with the non-traditional salads, to see if you try these chard stalks:
Ingredients:
The leaves of 2 packages of chard
2 hard-boiled eggs
50 g of green olives
3 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 well of oil
1/2 cup of vinegar
Pepper
Sal Island
Preparation
Wash the stalks well, cut the tips and then into 4-5 cm pieces. Boil them in plenty of salted water until tender, drain and cool.
Chop the pitted olives and mix them with the rest of the ingredients and the stalks. Stir everything well, let it rest for half an hour and serve.
