  1. We will clean the chard first. We wash the leaves by removing the strands, cut them into small pieces. Then we will cook the chard for a few minutes, they can be cooked in the microwave or steamed, it is only so that they are more tender and are better in the omelette.
  2. We put the 4 eggs in a bowl, beat. Add the grated cheese, chard and a little salt if you want, depending on the cheese you will not need salt. We beat everything well, you can add some egg whites, so that a good omelette is left without so many yolks.
  3. We put a frying pan over medium heat with a few drops of oil, when they are hot we add all the tortilla mixture. We let it cook until we see that it begins to curdle and all around it is curdled, we turn around, we let it finish cooking to the point that everyone likes.
  4. We take out the tortilla, put it on a plate or platter and serve right away. Warm is very good since the cheese has melted and it is very good.
