Today I present a special recipe for celiacs since it is made without gluten. Try it and tell me.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cassava or potato starch
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of homemade baking powder
- 1 tablespoon agar agar (vegetable gelatin)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 30 grams of light margarine
Preparation:
Mix the starches with the baking powder and agar agar. In another container, melt the margarine and add the milk and dilute the salt and sugar in the liquid obtained.
In a third container, combine all the ingredients and work the dough by hand until you get a homogeneous dough. With it, shape the cookies and take them to a moderate oven for 10 minutes.
I would like to know if I can replace the agar agar with another element analyzed since it does not appear in my association list. Thanks a lot
