Celiacs: basic dough for gluten-free noodles

The homemade noodles made in our home are an ideal food for all celiac people to taste and for this reason I will teach you how to prepare the basic dough recipe for gluten-free noodles.

Ingredients:

12 tablespoons cornstarch
6 tablespoons cassava flour
6 tablespoons of rice flour
2 tablespoons of common or corn oil
3 eggs
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Arrange all the dry ingredients in a crown shape. Then add the eggs and oil in the center, season with salt to taste and mix well. Add a little water to it until you form a homogeneous mass.

Once the dough is prepared, stretch it with the rolling pin and cut the noodles with a knife of the thickness of your choice. You can also cut the noodles with the help of the pasta cutter or pastalinda.
