Celiacs: quince paste on gluten-free bread

Today I will teach you how to make this delicious quince paste on gluten-free bread so that all celiacs can enjoy it with bread toasts or gluten-free water biscuits for breakfast and also for a snack.

Ingredients:

1 kilo of quinces
1 kilo of sugar
1 liter of water

Preparation:

Cut the quinces with the peel and seeds into quarters and place them in a pot along with the water and sugar. Then cook them until they are tender and pink. Pass them through the processor until you get a cream and pour this cream into the pot.

Cook this preparation until when you stir with a wooden spoon you see the bottom of the pot. Next, distribute the mixture into 4 disposable aluminum foil molds for English pudding of approximately 23 cm, previously smeared with fine alcohol. Finally, take them to cool in the refrigerator until the candy takes consistency and you can cut portions.

Stir with a wooden spoon? Do not trust then because there is cross contamination.
