Celiacs: gluten-free chapatí bread

We will prepare a simple recipe for breadsticks that are consumed especially in India totally gluten-free, being delicious to taste with dressings, cream cheese, butter and also to accompany the main meals of the day.

Ingredients:

500 grams of quinoa flour
2 cups of hot water
2 tablespoons salt

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the quinoa flour with the hot water, the salt and knead until you get a dough with a firm consistency that you can take with your hands.

Next, form small balls and flatten them. Arrange the buns on a baking sheet previously greased with oil and cook over hot temperature until the edges begin to roll up. At that moment you turn them over and cook them for a few more minutes. Finally, remove the buns, let them cool for a few moments and you can now eat them.
