This recipe is created for all those who suffer from gluten intolerance, being a nutritious sweet treat made up of allowed foods so that they can incorporate it into the daily diet without inconvenience and consume it at any time of the day.
Ingredients:
200 grs of chocolate coverage (suitable for celiacs)
100 grams of chopped almonds
100 grams of chopped walnuts
50 grams of whole pine nuts
50 grams of dried fruit (pineapple) chopped
50 grams of sesame seeds
50 grams of puffed rice
3 tablespoons gluten-free flour
100 grams of honey
100 g of jam without gluten
Preparation:
First melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave and in a bowl place all the dry ingredients and mix them. Then stir in the honey, the gluten-free jam, and a quarter of the melted chocolate. Cover a rectangular baking sheet with parchment paper and distribute the preparation evenly.
Cover it with the rest of the melted chocolate and take the plate to cook in a moderate oven (previously preheated) for 15 to 20 minutes. When you remove the cooked preparation, let it cool well and then you can cut it into the shape of the classic cereal bars.
