Celiacs: gluten-free buckwheat stew with artichokes

Buckwheat or buckwheat is a pseudo cereal with nutrient properties and above all protein totally free of gluten, constituting an allowed and ideal food for all celiacs to include it in their daily diet.

Ingredients:

1 cup of buckwheat
1 red bell pepper
3 onions
4 tender artichokes
5 cups of water
basil leaves, to taste
oil, quantity required
1 tablespoon minced garlic and parsley
Salt and pepper, a pinch

Preparation:

Cut the pepper into strips and the onions into rings and sauté them in a pot with oil and then add the artichokes, cut into thin slices.

Add the buckwheat, water, season with salt, pepper, garlic and chopped parsley and some basil leaves. Next, cook this preparation for about half an hour and you can already taste this delicious hot dish.
